Rescheduled: Leadership & Black Belt Training - 05/04/2008

As mentioned in classes over the last couple of weeks, the Leadership & Black Belt Training session scheduled for Saturday 5th April will now take place next week on Saturday 12th April.

Apologies for any inconvenience. The location of the class will be confirmed next week.

In the meantime, if you are a Brown Belt or above and would like a set of Syllabus Sheets, please send me an email with the words 'Syllabus Sheets' in the subject box.

Class Update: Ealing CKD - 24/03/2008

Don't forget...there is no class at Ealing tonight, Monday 24th March as it's a Bank Holiday.

Classes resume as normal on Wednesday 26th March.

Black Belt Grading - March 2008

The first Black Belt Grading for 2008 takes place this Sunday 16th March at Wembley CKD School. The proposed grading times are as follows:

10:00 Line Up, Promise, Pledge, Principles, Welcome & Introductions
10:10 Dan Testing
12:00 1st Tag Testing: Il Dan Plain to Il Dan Gold
13:00 2nd Tag Testing: Il Dan Orange to Ee Dan Green
14:00 Scheduled Finish

Class Update: Ealing CKD - 10th & 12th March

Please note that the class at Ealing on Monday 10th March will be held in the 6th Form Block: follow the footpath from the car park walk towards the fields. The 6th Form Block in the seperate building on your left.

The class on Wednesday 12th March will be held in the Gym: go through the Main Hall (where we normally train) and exit through the double doors. The entrance to the Gym will be just ahead of you.

Free Self Defence - 10th & 11th March

Don't forget, the class at Ealing on Monday 10th and Hendon on Tuesday 11th will be our next Free Self Defence Classes.

You are welcome to bring a friend to try the class and there is no cost or obligation for them to enrol for regular classes.

This is also a chance for students to practise Close Range Drills in preparation for gradings!
