9:30 - 10:30am Leadership Training (Junior Leadership Team, AIs, HIs & CIs)
10.30 - 12.30pm Black Belt Training (All Black Belts. Brown Belts upon invitation)

This is the first session for 2008 so make sure you are there and have reviewed your current Pattern and Speed Drill in advance. Please also remember to notify me if you are unable to attend.

Class Update: Hendon CKD - 25/01/2008

Classes have now returned to the gym.

If you train in the adult class, please ensure that you know your assigned Close Range Defence Drill.

We will be reviewing these in the coming weeks in preparation for the next Coloured Belt Grading on 23rd February.

Class Update: Hendon CKD - 12/01/2008

Due to a problem with the heating in the gym, classes will be held in the Dining Hall until further notice. To get to the Dining Hall, enter the school through the gates on the far right - the Dining Hall is directly in front of you.

2008 is here! I hope you have all had an enjoyable break over Christmas...?

Just a reminder that Choi Kwang Do classes at Hendon, Ealing and Victoria resume the week commencing Monday 7th January. Classes at Hendon return to the Gym, while classes at Ealing return to the Main Hall.

Following the December Grading, new Syllabus Sheets will also be available.

Class Update: Hendon CKD - December 2007

The are 2 class updates for December 2007:

1. School exams take place in the Gym during December so our classes move to the Dining Hall on the opposite side of the school. Return to the school gates and enter the school grounds through the gates on the far right (when looking at the school). The Dining Hall is directly in front of you.

2. Due to a Parents Evening on Tuesday 11th December there will be no Choi Kwang Do class at Hendon on this date. The Belt Presentation has been rescheduled for Thursday 13th December (our last class for the year).
